Terms of Service

Parties

The service is provided by PATCHCABLES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05000743, whose registered office is M217 Cardiff Bay Business Centre, Forgeside Close, Cardiff, CF24 5FA, United Kingdom, trading as TELORA ("TELORA", "we", "us").

"You" means the business that opens an account or signs an order form. By using the service you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during onboarding, including any documentation required by numbering authorities, for keeping credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access. Charges arising from traffic sent using your credentials remain payable.

Service provision

TELORA provides voice termination, number services and related infrastructure on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Routing paths, carriers and interconnects may change at any time in order to maintain quality.

Planned maintenance is notified in advance where it may affect service. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without notice.

Unless expressly stated in an order form, the service is not a replacement for a public telephone service and may not support emergency calling in every country.

Numbers

Numbers are allocated subject to the rules of the relevant national numbering authority and any documentation, address or end-user requirements that apply in that country. Numbers remain subject to recall or withdrawal where those rules require it.

Unless a right of portability applies, numbers are licensed to you for the duration of the service and are not sold.

Charges and payment

Voice traffic is charged per destination according to your agreed rate table, and numbers are charged as monthly rental. Prepaid balances must remain sufficient for continued service.

Invoiced amounts are payable within the period stated on the invoice and are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where due.

Disputes about charges should be raised within thirty days of the relevant call records being made available. Undisputed amounts remain payable while a dispute is being resolved.

Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Traffic that breaches that policy may be blocked or rate limited without notice.

You are responsible for complying with the telecommunications, marketing and data protection laws that apply to the traffic you send and the countries you send it to.

Data protection

Each party complies with applicable data protection law. Where we process personal data on your behalf — for example call content you choose to record — we act as your processor under the data processing terms agreed between us. Where we determine the purposes of processing, our Privacy Policy applies.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend service for non-payment, suspected fraud, or activity that threatens the integrity of the network or exposes TELORA to regulatory risk. Where practical we will notify you before suspending.

Either party may terminate in accordance with the notice period in the applicable order form, or immediately for material breach that is not remedied within thirty days of written notice.

Liability

Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.

TELORA's aggregate liability is limited to the charges paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Notices

Formal notices to TELORA must be sent to info@telora.cc and, where the notice concerns termination or a legal claim, also in writing to PATCHCABLES LIMITED at M217 Cardiff Bay Business Centre, Forgeside Close, Cardiff, CF24 5FA, United Kingdom.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
